Where we train
Our outdoor training sessions take place across two locations in Bromley:
Park House Rugby Club (BR2 7AA) and Beccehamians Rugby Club (BR4 9BB).
We run sessions seven days a week, with a mix of morning and evening options. Three sessions a day are held at Beccehamians, with the remainder of our timetable based at Park House.

We run a variety of training formats depending on your goals and fitness level, all designed to give you a welcoming, high energy experience that gets results.
Start with a trial
Everyone begins with a 2 week trial.
For just £39, you’ll get 4 sessions to use over a 2 week period, giving you the chance to properly experience Bootcamp, not just try one class and guess if it’s right for you.
The trial helps your body start adapting to the training, builds momentum, and gives you a real feel for the sessions, coaching, and community, with no long term commitment.
What happens after the trial
Once you’ve completed your trial, we’ll guide you on the best next step based on your goals, routine, and what will keep you consistent.
We offer a range of membership options depending on how often you would like to train, with sessions typically working out at around £8 to £11 per session.
Before you get started, we will have a quick call with you to understand your goals, answer any questions, and make sure you feel confident walking into your first session.

"I never thought I would ever be the person to have a regular exercise routine until I joined nearly six years ago. The term 'boot camp' can be scary and conjures up military training and leaders barking orders. This is far from the case here. We all benefit from a highly-skilled and compassionate team of trainers.
